REQUIREMENTS

• Medford & Surrounding Area (10 Mile Radius)
• Spayed/Neutured (Dogs, Cats, Rabbits)
• Proof of up to date Vaccines (or Titer Testing)
• Flea/Tick & Heartworm Preventatives (Dogs, Cats, Ferrets)
• 50% Up Front Booking Fee (Non-Refundable)
• Dogs over 1 year and up to 15lbs for Boarding and Daycare
• Discounted Overnight Trial (Boarding Longer Than 24 Hours)
• All Services Within 10 Miles of 11763 (Extra Fee Outside of Radius)
• Dog Walking is intended for small & medium sized breeds and is the same price as our Drop In Visits but can be added onto any service for an additional fee!

If you believe we are an ideal pet care provider for your furbabies, please reach out with any questions or inquiries. We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet for us all to get acquainted. Clients may be asked to sign our intake form, emergency veterinary release form, liability waiver, and pet photo release form during the initial meeting or at time of booking. We require 50% of the total booking that is non-refundable to secure your timeslot.
